• Account Information: Name, mobile phone number, and user role (employer or maid)
• Salary Data: Monthly salary amounts, effective dates, payment records, and outstanding balances
• Insurance Data: Insurance expiry dates and reminder preferences (employers only)
• Usage Data: App language preference

We do not collect:

• Location data
• Contacts or address book
• Photos or media
• Financial account numbers, bank details, or credit card information
• Government-issued identification

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

• Create and manage your user account
• Track salary payments between employers and domestic helpers
• Calculate outstanding balances
• Send insurance expiry reminders within the app
• Sync payment data between linked employer and maid accounts

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or sell it to third parties.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase services:

• Firebase Authentication — Handles user login securely with encrypted credentials
• Cloud Firestore — Stores user profiles and salary data with encryption at rest and in transit

All data is transmitted over HTTPS with TLS encryption. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

Data Sharing

Your salary data is shared only between linked accounts:

• Employers can see salary records for their linked maid
• Maids can see salary records from their linked employers

We do not share your data with any other third parties, except as required by law.

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at support@monopoletechnologies.com.

Upon account deletion request, we will remove all your personal data within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

MaidSalary is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data stored in the app
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your salary records
