How do I link my maid to my account?
As an employer, tap the menu (⋯) button, select "Link Maid", and enter your maid's registered mobile number.
Can multiple employers link to the same maid?
Yes! For example, both husband and wife can create separate employer accounts and link to the same maid. All salary payments are synced and visible to everyone.
How is the outstanding balance calculated?
Balance = Total salary owed (monthly salary × months worked) minus confirmed payments, plus any initial balance you set.
What happens when I delete a payment?
Pending payments are deleted immediately. Accepted payments require the maid's confirmation before deletion. The balance only updates after the maid confirms.
How do I switch language?
Tap the menu (⋯) button on your home screen and select the language toggle. The app supports English and Chinese.
Is my data secure?
Yes. MaidSalary uses Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
如何将女佣关联到我的账户？
作为雇主，点击菜单（⋯）按钮，选择"关联女佣"，输入女佣注册的手机号码。
多个雇主可以关联同一个女佣吗？
可以！例如夫妻双方可以各自创建雇主账户并关联同一位女佣，所有薪资记录实时同步。
未付余额是如何计算的？
余额 = 应付薪资总额（月薪 × 工作月数）- 已确认付款 + 初始余额。
删除付款会怎样？
待确认的付款可直接删除。已确认的付款需要女佣同意后才能删除，余额在女佣确认后才会更新。
如何切换语言？
点击主页菜单（⋯）按钮，选择语言切换选项。应用支持中文和英文。
